14-Day Return & Size Exchange Window
If you need a different size or wish to exchange a piece, initiate an exchange within 14 calendar days of confirmed carrier delivery.
Eligible Condition Criteria:
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free from fragrance, stains, or alterations.
• All original woven labels, copper tags, and packaging must remain intact.
• Custom customized 1-of-1 pieces with personalized names/numbers cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
